Step 1: shopping cart
Click on “add to cart” and the product you selected will be placed in your personal shopping cart. Then you can choose to continue shopping or to proceed to checkout.
Note: we have a minimum order amount of €12.50 for processing an order.
Step 2: Sign up
You don’t need to register first to order products in our webshop. However, we do recommend that you register before placing an order. As a registered customer, you benefit from advantages such as special promotions, an order overview, Track & Trace to track your order, and the option to place a repeat order.
Step 3: Address details
For a correct delivery, you need to provide both your billing address and a delivery address. If no delivery address is provided, we will assume by default that the delivery address is the same as the billing address. If the delivery address differs from the billing address, you need to change this by checking the checkbox.
Step 4: handling
Orders that weigh less than 10 kilograms are delivered by DHL. If the order weighs more than 10 kilograms, it will be shipped with PostNL.
Step 5: payment methods
Make your choice of payment method here.
Step 6: overview
You will see an overview of the products you ordered, the billing address, and the delivery address. When you agree with the displayed information, click on “continue.”
Step 7: Payment
Your order payment is being processed in collaboration with your bank or credit card company.
