Step 1: Shopping cart
Click "Add to cart" and your selected product will be placed in your personal shopping cart. You'll then have the option to continue shopping or checkout.
Please note: we have a minimum order amount of €12.50 for processing an order.
Step 2: Register
You don't need to register to order products from our webshop. However, we do recommend registering before placing an order. As a registered customer, you'll enjoy benefits such as special offers, an order overview, Track & Trace to track your order, and the option to place repeat orders.
Step 3: Address details
For correct delivery, you must provide a delivery address in addition to your billing address. If no delivery address is provided, we will assume the delivery address is the same as the billing address by default. If the delivery address differs from the billing address, you must change it by checking the box.
Step 4: Processing
Orders weighing less than 10 kilos are delivered by DHL. Orders weighing more than 10 kilos are shipped by PostNL.

You'll see an overview of the products you ordered, along with the billing address and delivery address. If you agree with the information shown, click "Continue."
Step 7: Payment
Payment for your order will be processed in collaboration with your bank or credit card company.
