A dried dog snack for your four-legged friend
Healthy dog food is essential for the health of your furry rascal. But at Prima Diervoeding, we haven’t lost sight of the taste factor either; thanks to the quality ingredients, our dog food is delicious! However, at Prima Diervoeding, you can not only find healthy and tasty dry and wet food; our range offers more than 200 delicious dried dog snacks. Bet your dog will lick their paws for a dried dog snack?
What do we mean by a dried dog snack?
As the name suggests, moisture is removed from dried — it’s all in the name — snacks. This creates harder snacks that last much longer; you can store the dried (packaged) dog snacks for up to two years. Because the dried snacks consist of pure meat, your dog can snack guilty-free. Our dried treats are free from artificial additives and preservatives. In short, a dried dog snack guarantees a healthy, mouth-watering moment of happiness! To treat your furry friend to a dried delicacy, Prima Diervoeding is the right place. We offer a wide range, including: lamb tripe, beef lung, trachea, bull pizzle tips, pig and lamb ears, salmon skin, and chicken necks.
Grain-free range in dried snacks
A dried dog snack doesn’t just come about by chance; moisture is removed from the organs of certain animal species. But that’s where the process ends. There is no trace of artificial additives or grains. This way, you can be sure that a dried dog snack is grain- and gluten-free. At Prima Diervoeding, the dried snacks are also grain- and gluten-free. What more could your allergic foodie want?
Hypoallergenic snacks
Not only grains can cause allergic reactions; your furry four-legged friend can also react (allergically) to animal proteins. The most commonly used meats in dog food and/or snacks are beef, chicken, and pork. It’s no surprise that most sensitive and/or allergic dogs react to these three protein sources. With hypoallergenic food, you reduce the chance of an allergic reaction. But did you know that many dried snacks are also hypoallergenic? Except for beef, chicken, and pork, all dried dog snacks consist of a single unique (animal) protein source. At Prima Diervoeding, you can choose from a variety of hypoallergenic snacks, such as turkey wings, beef head skin, horse lung, and duck feet.
Can your puppy also enjoy dried dog snacks?
Since the hardness can vary greatly, not every dried dog snack is suitable for puppies. We advise against giving hard dog snacks — such as horse head skin, deer leg, and camel skin — to your little rascal. Dried chew snacks are also a no-go; they can splinter, which can cause choking. Moreover, the teeth and digestion of our young friends are simply not (yet) suitable for a hard, dried dog snack. Note: only surprise your puppy with a tasty dog snack from four months old.
What other snacks does your furry friend like?
Besides a dried dog snack, your dog also loves other dog snacks. Whether trainers, reward snacks, or chew snacks; Prima Diervoeding has the right dog snack for every furry four-legged friend.
Treat your dog to trainers
During dog training, training treats — also called trainers — should not be missing from your jacket pocket. Trainers are not only much softer, but also small in size. Easy to take along! Even your little ball of energy will work hard for a tasty training treat; learning commands becomes a breeze. Don’t forget to bring the trainers along during your daily walks. Teaching your puppy to walk on a leash becomes much easier this way.
Reward snacks that are irresistible
Not only do you teach your dog to roll over with trainers; your furry friend is also more than willing to work hard for a tasty reward snack. Just as we have our snack moments, your dog also likes (and deserves) a treat now and then. So choose from Prima Diervoeding’s assortment. From different textures — soft, semi-moist, and crunchy — to various flavors; your rascal will not be disappointed.
Delicious chew snacks
Every four-legged friend naturally has a need to chew; therefore, regularly provide your furry rascal with a tasty (and healthy) chew snack. This also prevents your furniture from being attacked. A chew snack not only saves your furniture from your chew-hungry dog’s teeth; it also cleans your furry friend’s teeth well! Moreover, it helps prevent boredom in your dog.
